Paul von Stoetzel
Paul von Stoetzel has written/directed several films and plays in the Twin Cities area, including the award winning short H.P. Lovecraft adaptation, “Asleep in the Deep”, and “Von Convex” which won several awards and was nominated Best of Fest for the Minneapolis 48 Hour Film Festival. His first feature documentary, SNUFF: a documentary about killing on camera is traveling the film festival circuit while his short film, “Creep” does the same. Paul is now editing his newest film, Scrap, a feature documentary about two eccentric builders and their bizarre structures after having directed Shakespeare’s epic tragedy/revenge play Titus Andronicus in Minneapolis.
Jennifer Bahe
Jennifer Bahe has been acting in film and theater for many years in the Twin Cities area after having graduated from Augsburg College with a B.A. in Theatre Arts. Some of her favorite theater productions include “Romeo and Juliet, Jane in “An Ideal Husband”, Clara in “The Boys Next Door and Lavinia in “Titus Andronicus”. Jennifer has also done extensive work in film such the title Character, Woman or Eve in Joe Larsen’s Cosmic Dissonance, The Cold Woman in The Romantics, and Neighbor in The Pioneer, directed by Shelby Falk.
Jennifer has also been working as the Production Manager for Killing Joke Films, Inc since 2005.
Andrew Sass
Andrew Sass was born and raised in the Twin Cities and received his BA in English Literature from the University of Wisconsin at Madison in 2006. After a brief stint teaching physical education outside of Cape Town, South Africa, he returned to Minneapolis to pursue a career in acting. Some notable stage productions include Ricky Black in “Tony and Tina’s Wedding,” King Philip in “The Lion in Winter,” and Achilles in Shakespeare’s “Troilus and Cressida.” He is the lead, Caleb, in a 2010 feature film entitled “Faux.” Additionally, he is an active improviser, having taken part in Six Ring Circus and Improv-a-GoGo at the Brave New Workshop since 2008. He can also be seen/heard in locally produced TV/radio commercials. He joined Killing Joke Films in April of 2010.
Richard Molby
With a background in radio, web and graphic design, copywriting, photography, video production and pizza delivery Richard brings a varied set of skills to Killing Joke Films. In addition to web design and updates, he also shoots production stills for our films (along with others) and designs our promotional marketing materials. Call him early, call him late just don’t call him Dick.
